The Twin City Event Center is a beautifully restored space in the heart of Central Arkansas

the rates and secures the reservation for an event.
Event Venue Pricing:
Sunday - Friday
3 hr min. $150/hr.
Attendant for the Venue $20 per hour additional
$2500 Event Center Rental Full Day
$1800 Half Day (6 hours minimum)
In addition, an Attendant must be there for the event and set up and tear down at $25 an hour
During the actual event for Gatherings of 50 or more, a Police Officer must be in Attendance, at $45 an hour
$500 Non Refundable Deposit at Booking to hold the date.
A Credit Card is required to book the event and the card will be charged 2 weeks prior to the event for the Event Center Fee. If paying in Cash, cash must be received 2 weeks in advance.
Must be paid in full two weeks before the day of the event and has to be paid in full before any setup is started on the day of use
Insurance is also required for any possible damages done to the Event venue.
